By purchasing Excel This Ltd.'s products and services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the product and service details, including but not limited to the timing of delivery, location, content descriptions, and general terms and conditions.

Be advised that Excel This Ltd. does not guarantee placement within a specific industry or practice by taking any of the courses offered by Excel This Ltd. and obtaining future employment is based on a wide variety of other factors for which Excel This Ltd. is not responsible.  Excel This Ltd. course offerings and certificates of course completion are not dependant on a final test or pass/fail grade and do not apply towards degree credits.  Course participants will be guided through Excel functions and industry simulations but effectiveness of Excel This Ltd.'s training is dependant on individual participants.

Excel This Ltd. reserves the right to deny a certificate of course completion and/or request a participant to leave the course in the event that a participant does not demonstrate professional class behaviour, including but not limited to not being actively present during the course, not showing effort to complete tasks and simulations, or being a disruption to other class participants or the instructors without recourse.  

Excel Champion Certificates may be presented to course participants at the discretion of Excel This Ltd. and additional tasks outside the 3 Level training program are required to demonstrate exceptional ability at additional cost to the participant.  Payment made by an identified candidate of the Excel Champion Certificate does not constitute or necessitate that Excel This Ltd. reward the candidate and is subject to successful completion of the additional tasks.

You acknowledge that Excel This Ltd. cannot be held liable for any product or service complication including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, and acts of God.  With respect to product solution offerings, Excel This Ltd. cannot be held liable for the performance of such solutions after purchase as they are widely dependant on both the specific needs of the user and subsequent alterations.  You acknowledge that Excel solutions purchased without specific consultation are created for general use in accordance with industry guidelines and may not be suitable for your needs. 

Products and services purchased through Excel This Ltd. are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  In the event you fail to attend a training course due to illness, bereavement, or acts of God with verifiable proof of such occurence, an administrative charge equal to 50% of the original course price will be retained by Excel This Ltd. for overhead costs associated with your registration and cannot be applied towards future courses.  In the event of a training course cancellation, participants will be provided with alternative course dates at no extra charge.

The general terms and conditions contained herein are not intended to override or otherwise supersede terms and conditions set out in other contracts entered into with Excel This Ltd. for specific consulting or industry professional development courses.

The solutions and course materials offered through Excel This Ltd. are on a per user basis and remain the intellectual property of Excel This Ltd. unless otherwise stated through other contracts.  Any attempts at reselling course materials or solutions will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

By enrolling in Excel This Ltd. courses, you acknowledge that Excel This Ltd. will not distribute your personal information to third parties other than to confirm your successful completion of the 3 Levels in our records with parties with whom you are seeking employment.
