Each course has been carefully designed to incorporate key Excel elements into real-life accounting situations, providing students with an opportunity to see common industry problems and learn solutions.

There are a total of 3 Levels students progress through to complete the Excel This Ltd. curriculum. Each Level is designed to build on the next and walks you through industry-specific simulation exercises to gain a full understanding of the Excel tools and common situations that make best use of them. This means these 3 Levels will give you invaluable practice both in accounting and auditing AND in Excel, preparing you for the next big step into your profession while giving you a competitive edge over your peers.

Taking up the role of a New Associate, you will learn how to request accounting system reports and modify them in Excel to extract and analyze relevant data.
Areas of coverage include:
- Critical Excel tools and functions used to analyze accounting data
- Working with trial balances, financial statements, and other accounting system reports
- Creating accounting and auditing specific spreadsheets
This is a 4 hour, on-location course and further course location details will become available two weeks prior to the course date.
Taking up the role of an Experienced Associate, you will learn how to request accounting system reports and modify them in Excel to extract and analyze relevant data.
Areas of coverage include:
- Critical Excel tools and functions used to analyze accounting data
- Working with trial balances, general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting system reports
- Creating accounting and auditing specific spreadsheets
This is a 6 hour, on-location and further course location details will become available two weeks prior to the course date.
Taking up the role of a Senior Associate, you will learn how to request accounting system reports and modify them in Excel to extract and analyze relevant data, review Associates work, and deal with more complex areas of accounting and auditing.
Areas of coverage include:
- Critical Excel tools and functions used to analyze accounting data
- Working with trial balances, general ledgers, financial statements, journal reports, and other accounting system reports
- Creating accounting and auditing specific spreadsheets
This is a 5 hour, on-location course and further course location details will become available two weeks prior to the course date.
